One or both partners. We talk through your relationship history, recurring patterns, and what you've already tried. I'll be honest about whether this program is right for your situation.

Individual Assessments
Each partner completes a full Zeaba Model V1–V5 assessment. We map your engram architecture, neurochemical baseline, environmental factors, common triggers, and V5 capacity. This is the blueprint.

Cross-Link Session
A couples session where we map the interaction architecture — which of Partner A's characteristics activate which of Partner B's engrams, and vice versa. The forensic work that no other program does.

Dual Track Launch
Individual training begins for each partner (Track 1) alongside the first couples protocol module (Track 2). Both tracks run in parallel from this point forward.

FAQ

Do both partners have to train?
Yes. The training IS the neurochemical foundation. Without V2 restoration for both partners, the couples protocol doesn't have the substrate to build on. This is not optional fitness — it is structural.
What if only one partner is willing?
Start with 1:1 Coaching. One partner changing their V2 baseline and V3 output changes the environment for both. When the other sees the shift, they often join.
Is this couples therapy?
No. It is a couples protocol based on molecular neuroscience. I am not a licensed therapist. I am a behavioral scientist and personal trainer who built the Zeaba Model over 25 years of research. If you need clinical therapy, I can work alongside your therapist — the V2 optimization makes existing therapy more effective.
Do we need to be in DC?
In-person is preferred for the physical training component (Washington Harbour, Georgetown). Remote is available for the couples protocol modules and coaching check-ins. Hybrid arrangements work well.
How long is the program?
16 weeks minimum (8 modules, biweekly). Extended to 24 weeks for deeper cross-link work or if V2 baselines need longer to stabilize. Most couples continue with maintenance sessions after graduation.
What if we're already in therapy?
This complements therapy powerfully. V2 optimization makes existing therapy sessions dramatically more productive because both partners arrive with V5 online. I'm happy to coordinate with your therapist.
How much does it cost?
Investment is discussed on the discovery call based on your specific program design. This is a premium, individualized service that includes training for two people plus the couples protocol. If you've invested in therapy that hasn't worked, this addresses the layer that therapy can't reach.
Can we do the protocol without the training?
Not recommended. The training is not a bonus — it is structural. Without V2 restoration, the protocol doesn't have the neurochemical foundation to hold. The training IS the therapy foundation.
